Consultations at our clinic are available by appointment only. A valid referral from a general practitioner (GP) is required to be eligible for Medicare rebates.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that a fee will apply for late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment.

As a privately operated clinic, we do not offer bulk-billing services. Our reception staff will provide a full explanation of fees at the time of booking.

When scheduling your appointment, please inform the receptionist if your concern relates to an ear, nose, or throat issue, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
